An opportunity has become available for a temporary Administrator position within PHS Waste management. The initial contract is for a minimum of 6 months' maternity cover with a possibility of full time employment for the right candidate. Full training will be given.Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for a variety of office administrative duties within the operations department. This also includes the daily management of our Waste Management business.
Roles and Responsibilities To assist the Depot / Site Manager in the smooth running of the site, specifically in ensuring that all administration work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Tasks:
* To deal efficiently and effectively with all customer queries. * To deal with drivers' queries on a day-to-day basis. * To undergo continuous training and development. * To collate and record all regional KPI's and Quality of Service information and monitor regional performance levels. * To act as a point of contact between head office departments and the depot to ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively. * Ensure all service complaints that are escalated are investigated, resolved and kept to a minimum and results of the investigations are communicated to the relevant department or client, and action is taken to prevent re-occurrence.
Skills and Behaviours Required:
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. To lead by example. Team Player

* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. * Previous experience of working in an administration role.* Experience of working to your own initiative in an office environment.* High standard of PC literacy.
